What is the EMBRACE test?
Embrace test is a non-invasive preimplantation genetic analysis of the embryo. It represents the pinnacle of genetic achievement in biomedically assisted fertilization.
This test facilitates the selection of a genetically orderly embryo prior to implantation by avoiding embryo biopsy that can cause embryonic stress.
EMBRACE test calculates the statistical probability that the analyzed embryo is genetically normal to numerical chromosomal abnormalities with an accuracy above 96%.
Procedure
The procedure itself is based on the collection of a free DNA molecule in the environment in which the embryo resided.
The collected environmental medium contains the genetic material of the embryo, and as such is analyzed for aneuploidy.
